Return Policy

We recommend an online or face to face consultation with our Aesthetician for a thorough skin diagnosis before purchasing and using our products.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Faulty product

In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened goods to Lash and Buff within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Lash and Buff.

Allergic Reactions

It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product and contact us immediately. If our Aesthetician verifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will exchange the item for another product. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods.

Guide to Returning Products

1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely.
2. Complete a returns form and enclose the form with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form.
3. To send your return parcel please contact us.
4. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a change of mind refund for any goods that have been opened. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Lash and Buff.
