Cancellation and No- Show Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than [24 hours] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [35%] of the reserved services. In case of no-show, if you are more than [15 min] late for your service without any notification before your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. We require a card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file or via phone. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Children / Extra Guests

For health and safety reasons, please refrain from bringing children or extra guests to your appointment.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Lash and Buff is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received in full.  In the event that requested goods are unavailable, Lash and Buff may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund. All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Lash and Buff. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Lash and Buff reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason, and to refuse any order that it reasonably believes is for the purpose of resale. All prices listed are inclusive of any applicable Australian goods and services tax.
