Hello, I’m Sandesha, founder of Lash and Buff.
From sketching fashion lines in India to sculpting glowing complexions in Melbourne, I’ve always been guided by an eye for beauty and a passion for healing. After earning my Fashion Design diploma, I opened my own studio in 2008—only to realise my true calling lay in skincare and aesthetics.
In 2011, I joined the renowned Kaya Skin Clinic, an international chain specialising in advanced dermatological solutions for women and men. There, I mastered cutting-edge technologies and techniques and was also honoured with the prestigious “Clinic Diva Award” for outstanding and results delivering client care. Upon moving to Australia, I deepened my expertise by completing a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and earning certifications in Nails, Lash Extensions, Reiki, and Sound Healing. Today, with over 15 years of experience, I seamlessly blend advanced clinical treatments with energy-based therapies, nurturing both your skin and your spirit.
